"simply the best !"
"There are many reasons why this is the # 1 rated site in Paris. We just returned from a totally wonderful week there, made so largely by the efforts of Marie (owner) and Alex (her lovely helper).
Made the reservation by e-mail communications with Marie ( based on TripAdvisor's # 1 rating) and she made it all so simple, even giving us a priority room cleaning courtesy to allow a few hours sleep in the morning of our arrival following the overnight non-stop from Houston.
Never impatient, Marie spent time every day with us helping to plan our sightseeing adventures, explaining transportation options, recommending choices between eating options and just generally doing everything possible to insure a pleasant stay in the City of Light. Alex saw to it that we were never left wanting anything from our lovely accomodations or the marvelous breakfasts.
On a previous visit to Paris we'd stayed at the
5-star Hotel Crillon but La Villa Paris was infinitely more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back !

"Bed and Breakfast La Villa Paris is excellent in every respect."
"The Bed and breakfast is brand new - double glazed windows, new beds, new showers, toilets, et al. The beds are comfortable, there is ample water pressure from the shower,
the breakfast is delicious and substantive.
We never slept better. It was easy access to all of the sites, the museums, the shopping, the eating, the walking, plus it is in a great, quiet location.
Four of us (mother, father, two college age teenage daughters) stayed there for 5 nights with one room configured with a double bed with ensuite bathroom and the second room configured with two single beds with ensuite bathroom. The four of us wish all the places we stayed had the same combination (location, quiet, food, comfort, helpfulness, etc) as Marie has put together.
We had a great time. Thanks again."

This oasis of calm is but a short bus or Metro ride away from the histroic treasures in the center of Paris. In our sixteen day trip to France, we stayed in more lavish and expensive accommodations but found none as heartwarming as our three day stay at Marie's, who felt like a friend by the time we left.

"Very nice alternative to anonymious hotels"
"A friend of mine gave me the hint to stay at the Bed and Breakfats La Villa Paris. It is a great alternative for those who want to explore Paris and do not want to stay in a hotel.
La Villa Paris is located in the South of Paris, close to the University. Marie, the owner of La Villa, gave me a very warm welcome and you feel immidiatly home in this
nice, charming Guest House.
La Villa Paris has just opened in March. There are four rooms, all very modern and newly renovated. A
large living room and a cosy terrace are nice hangouts where you meet people and where you feel like in your own home.
Although my room was the smallest (and Marie apologized for that) I loved it. The bed was very comfortable. The room had everything you needed and you often even miss in large 4* hotels: flat screen TV, electrical jalousines, a great, modern bathroom.
I woke up with the noise of birds singing - something you don't really expect in Paris. Centrally located and still quiete and cosy - what else do you want?
What I
apreciated was the wireless LAN. Marie gave me the passcode and within 3 minutes I was online, sitting in the cosy living room with my laptop, having a drink and checking my emails. The living room is also a great place to meet other guests. A young guy from Canada, who I met 5 minutes ago, helped me out with some computer problems.
I can highly recommend La Villa. The Bed and Breakfats is great, the location is central and Marie is a great host. You feel like home here. I haven't stayed too often in a boarding house but knowing La Villa Paris I now appreciate the comfort of a hotel, and "feeling home" at the same time.
A perfect combination. For sure not my last visit to La Villa."

"La Villa Paris - An Exceptional Place to Stay in Paris"
"La Villa Paris is an
outstanding place to stay in Paris, and provides a great place to come "home" to after a long day of sightseeing.
We stayed for 1 week, and while
the room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable (it has been newly renovated, so everything is new, including the a/c and bathrooms), it was the hostess that made it truly wonderful. Marie provides an excellent breakfast, great recommendations, and any extra help you may need. The hotel is in a
very nice area that is not "touristy", with numerous restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was always fresh, with croissants, bread, coffee, juice, fruit, etc...
The hotel is located on a bus line, and is just a few blocks from a Metro station.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a
nice place to stay while visiting. I know that I will be going back when I return to Paris!"
